Coltrane Momento
World premiere at the Shantou Audi Trade Fair
Here we are then, in Shantou, at the HiFi Show with the latest success from Marten. The brand new reference model that fits right in between Coltrane and Coltrane Supreme, Coltrane Momento. Six active drivers, four passive drivers, diamond tweeters, pure ceramic mid range drivers and the new Accuton ceramic sandwich membrane that is nearly unbreakable. These bass drivers have been used for first time ever, by any loudspeaker manufacturer. Coltrane Momento has proved to be a huge success, with several orders, even before the premiere. There has already been a lot of interest at this big, well-organised and interesting HiFi Show.
This is how they show new loudspeakers in China.

Hey. We’re going to have a demo at the Marten Centre in Gothenburg, Nov 27-28 where you at least can listen to Coltrane Momento. The substitution for ASR isn’t bad, it’s “The Dream” single ended tube amplifier designed by legendary Erik Andersson.

This was a path breaking performance for Marten.
Just like how it was in 2003 in Frankfurt – The Kempinski [with the ballons – very bad room – best sound for me…] with the Coltrane.
The Coltrane Momento is a very good loudspeaker…
