Stairway to Heaven

As I walked one floor down from us I happened to glance down the stairs… let’s just say that I had no idea that vertigo could be that bad. I forgot all about it when I entered Engström & Engström‘s room though.

The aesthetics of their new tube amplifier The Lars Type 2 is so beautiful, as is the sound.

It sounded really good with Coltrane 2 with walnut fronts.

Then I took a stroll through the corridors of the Venetian to the E.A.R. room and had a listen to Dj Dan, our distributor in the States who plays a really eclectic mix of music. Not the normal HiFi Show stuff which is very refreshing. Next year, we will get a playlist from him prepared ahead if only we can remember to ask him.

It all sounded very good on the Getz loudspeakers together with E.A.R. cd player and amplifiers.

The Getz loudspeakers played very well in Harmonic Tech’s room as well. All with Harmonic Tech’s own great cables and electronics.

One of the favourites in our room, quite suitable for Vegas we think:)
